Anita Crabtree manages her own Human Resource Consultancy in Adelaide. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Development) and has extensive professional and academic experience in this field, including HR staff management for the Department for Correctional Services; Department of Water, Land and Biodiversity Conservation; and Children, Youth and Women's Health Services. Anita has had an interest in Buddhism for many years. She is a member of Buddha House and has been on its Board, and has attended many Buddhist retreats and seminars. She wanted to study Applied Buddhism at NTI because she was interested in gaining a “solid foundation of knowledge” to assist in her career and personal life.
Anita graduated from NTI with a Graduate Certificate in Applied Buddhist Studies in 2013.
“I have found studying at NTI rewarding, challenging, life changing and humbling. The lecturers are not only content experts, they are skillful role models. I have shared an amazing year with my fellow students and NTI support staff, who come from diverse backgrounds and who have impressed me with their knowledge and commitment. NTI has given me a unique learning experience in a wonderfully enriching environment.”
