He is lecturer in Holistic and Relationship Counselling at Nature Care College in Artarmon and is a practicing psychologist, psychotherapist and yoga teacher in private practice on the NSW South Coast. He works with individuals, couple and families in the areas of mental health and well-being life transitions, trauma, stress management and personal development. He has been a family and child counsellor, group facilitator and educator with Relationships Australia in Wollongong and has worked for over 25 years in community health, running group programs including men’s health, stress management and relaxation, interpersonal skills, yoga and meditation. He is a graduate of Australian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists and is currently Education Coordinator for AABCAP. He is a founding member of the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science. His current research and clinical interests include the application of yogic and Buddhist practices and psychology in counselling, psychotherapy and personal development.
